NEW DELHI: In its first manifesto, Aam Aadmi Party has stuck to its original recipe for dealing with corruption. It has promised not just the Jan Lokpal Bill and respite from bijli-pani problems and high tariffs, but also swaraj and full statehood for Delhi.
